Canada is a trading nation, but should we have free trade with everyone? What about countries whose values may differ from our own? Are there goods or industries that should be exempt for national security reasons?

Join us for a conversation featuring Moshe Lander and Heather Exner-Pirot.

Moshe Lander is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at Concordia University and a frequent media commenter on economics issues.

Heather Exner-Pirot is a Senior Fellow and Director of Energy, Natural Resources and Environment at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, a Special Advisor to the Business Council of Canada, and Global Fellow at the Wilson Centre in Washington D.C.
